Handicraft ("Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy for NESW Compass ("Service") to protect users' personal data and to handle privacy matters lawfully.

Device and app usage data required for service stability: app version, OS version, crash logs, and basic usage events.
Billing and subscription metadata for paid features (purchase time, item, transaction identifiers).
Compass direction values are processed on-device and are not stored on our server as personal location history.

2. Purpose of Processing

Provide and operate compass-related app features.
Ensure reliability, detect abuse, and improve app quality.
Handle billing, subscription status checks, and refunds.

3. Retention and Deletion

Analytics and stability logs: up to 14 months.
Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax/accounting laws.
Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized without undue delay.

4. Third-Party Provision / Entrustment

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by service providers (for payment processing, app analytics, or infrastructure) only within legal and contractual limits.
